Doroteo, the money in the bank is not money in the bank. It is bonds, which are senior to the shareholders, including the insiders. The prior junk bonds are also senior to the shareholders.

Lots of senior bonds keeping the co afloat, eh, Doroteo? The wallstreeters who buy these bonds know how to protect themselves. They are collecting interest, with soon conversion to stock, all resulting in tremendous dilution to present shareholders.
