For me, it was always fraud.

Mork is aware.

Illegal short selling should be left to the governing agencies. Their actions or lack of them will ultimately clear this up. It certainly was brought to their attention.

What are we fighting here? Illegal short selling? Illegal stock laundering? Fraudulent this or that? Everything?
