To All Members of this thread : This is it...I've had enough of this crap. Those of you fighting need to take it pivate or take it to court...but get off this public thread. I am a shareholder in SOWK and frankly am fed up in having to read all this bullsh*t. Any posts posted on this thread that are off topic will be immediately forwarded to JILL ( webmistress ). If you folks only knew how ridiculous this makes you look. TAP, I hate to put you down, but I am amazed a legitamate stock promoter would engage in this type of behavior. Whether you a right or wrong, you do nothing but tarnish your image engaging in this type of battle. If you were indeed speaking with an attorney, he would have told you not to talk to these people any more or share " proof " with people you will be filing suit against. You claim to be defending yourself against wrongful comments.....well, please give me the name of any attorney that advises you to defend yourself the way you are...that is one attorney I want to stay away from. Any attorney with half a brain would tell you to CEASE and DECIST all written and/or verbal contact with these people. He would not advise you to engage in a public pissing match, giving away your cards in an upcoming lawsuit. Additionally, although you claim to be defending yourself, if your as smart as you say you are, then surely you know there is a better way to go about defending yourself. First and foremost, you do not respond publicly to these people. Forward complaints to the webmistress. Have your attorney send the opposing people a certified letter telling them to cease and decist or you will file legal action. Lastly file legal action and put out a news release clearing your name if you win. However, the way you are going about doing this, does not make one want to sign up for your service, or put any kind of trust in you. You have friends posting letters because your in a meeting ??? Today, you post an e-mail from a happy customer ??? What does that mean ?? So does that mean you don't have any unhappy customers. All you did was open a jar of spiders. Why don't you also post e-mails from people that lost money on your picks ??? You try and bait these other people to provide proof......C'mon TAP, are you for real. You told these people you are suing them. WHY, in a million years would they post ANYTHING concerning this that could help you. ASSUMING they spoke with an attorney, do you think their attorney told them to share their strategy with you prior to entering battle ? NO. If they did talk to an attorney, the attorney surely gave them sound advice which is to not fax, e-mail or forward to you anything they will use against you in this case. The bottom line in all this, is this is nothing more then a ridiculous pissing match. TAP, you are in for a rough ride if you are going to do battle with every naysayer that pops up questioning your ethics. You are best to ignore, and move on with your business, or deal with these people in a more mature manner. I would greatly consider it if all of you that wish to battle, do so in the privacy of PM's or a court of law. Thank you
