archie, if the management of BNEZ didn't think they could win the AOL suit they should withdraw. They haven't done that. Either they have reason to believe they're onto something or they're idiots. I don't think we're dealing with idiots (been wrong before of course! <gg>).

but i agree with you that the AOL suit stands in the way of issues that could enhance shareholder value such as fully reporting status, product promotion and general shareholder communication!.

yesterday i folded on my biggest loser (tired of the promises that are always one month away!). to date, this one is my second biggest loser. i'll be here for awhile longer. but BNEZ management.....you need to start paying attention to the issues that are important to the shareholders.
