BIGT is a provider of wireless-communications-rental tower space in the Southeast. Morgan Stanley Dean Witter serving as lead manager of the offering. 09:20 ET Vignette Corp. (VIGN): Shares of Internet Relationship Management software developer price at $19, well above the $12-$14 offer range. 08:35 ET WebTrends Corp (WEBT): Developer of Web site traffic analysis software prices 3.5 million shares at $13, on the low-end of the revised $13-$14 range. The original offer range was $9-$11.
