I bot some MSFT shares at abt 146 on 2/18/99. Any suggestions on what price & when I shd sell as I heard rumor that MSFT may split again soon? Thanx & regards.

Regarding Remedies

You wouldn't want to license the code that could be re-written because it would create multiple variants (ie UNIX), a splinter. This would create additional software developmental costs and would create additional consumer confusion thus harming the consumer. In an alternative scenario, the reseller license buyers just resells the existing licensed product to the oem, maybe even the consumer?
How much would Microsoft charge this license reseller. I wouldn't think that the courts would require Microsoft to offer the os to one of these license resellers at a defined discount below Microsoft selling price to Dell Compaq IBM etc. resale price. Any thoughts?

Try restrictive licensing changes, watchdog regulation group and monopoly status- open to those other lawsuits.
