Based upon MKTWs close today DBCCs interest in MKTW, alone, is ~$ 8.28/share*. Given DBCC closed at $14.31 today the market is pricing DBCC shares [sans MKTW] at ~ $6.03. DBCC is sitting on dominant market share in its burgeoning niche viz a viz AMTD, EGRP, SCH et al and pursuant to its substantive alliance with OMGA, which, launches its new products this Monday, the 22nd... ref/ biz.yahoo.com
...the real question then becomes is DBCC worth more than $6.00/share or a $203M market cap for DBCC alone...we believe there is a significant arbitrage play here or in other words Hirschfield et al are throwing (allowing) a fire sale on DBCC shares pursuant to [alleged] shareholder value destructive/a [non-insider] shareholder hostile management philosophy...such a deal...

...it would be game, set, match...were DBCC to [responsibly/correctly] re: sound shareholder value maximization growth strategy to simply acquire OMGA quote.yahoo.com [immediately eliminating DTLN/PQT]... and contemporaneously acquire/enter into exclusive alliance with clearstation.com...while marketing DBCC [and dbc.com] on par with MKTW...
