The numbers really aren't there for a big last hour.

My daily stuff, not my strong suit, is setting up for a large up move. But I will wait until Monday to see if I wish to try to position that.

Anyway, if you are Long going into the Last Hour for a daytrade I would suggest you know your Stops. It could run until 3:55 in one scenario but the odds don't favor it. Looks more like the floor will suck in the public, which will probably expect a normally crazy up-spike in the last hour of Expiration.

But it seems ...best guess ... like a sucker play. It could happen, but it's not supported by external data.
