COSMOZ.COM Inc. Announces that Investorsguru.com Has Entered Into a Co-Branding Agreement with Fination.com Inc.
SAN RAMON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 19, 1999--COSMOZ.COM Inc.'s (OTC BB:CMOZ - news) investorsguru.com has entered into a co-branding agreement with Fination.com, a division of Newsletters.com.
fination.com will provide and maintain a co-branded Internet Web site edition of Newsletters.com, with approximately 100 of the top internet based financial newsletter publications. These financial webpages will be featured on the Investorsguru.com Web site, with the page layout tailored to our planned new Web site look.
The first co-branded version of Newsletters.com can be found at the Newsletters section on the Investorsguru.com Web site. These newsletters can be pre-viewed for free and will add significant traffic, content value and advertising revenue to the Investorsguru.com Web site. In addition, Investorsguru.com and Fination.com will share the revenue from newsletter subscriptions, which will be processed through Fination's on-line e-commerce system.
COSMOZ.COM, through its Web sites, looks forward to building on this new partnership with Fination.com.
