"Montevecchio is a curse! Where does the guy keep getting these shares that he so likes to dump." Maybe he has a printing press... Makes me wonder about the accruacy of this source. On 7/14/98 he had 786,322 shares and on 7/15 he sold 41,000 share and had 219,056 remaining. Doesn't add up. Regards, Jim

Veramark and Lucent Launch CAS NT Enterprise Call Accounting System Business Wire - February 16, 1999 11:16 PITTSFORD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 16, 1999--Veramark Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq/NMS:VERA) today announced that it has begun shipping CAS NT, a new enterprise call accounting system, to Lucent Technologies (NYSE:LU) for resale by Lucent's sales force. CAS NT controls network costs in small to mid-range enterprises by recording details of telecommunication usage and properly allocating the costs of network usage to appropriate cost centers and clients. CAS NT is a true 32 bit, fully Y2K compliant, call accounting applications that was specifically designed to run on computers running Microsoft Windows NT operating system, the de facto industry standard for enterprise client/server network computing. CAS NT far exceeds the capacities and range of Veramark's previous call accounting systems. Network usage data for up to 5,000 users can be polled from up to 100 network locations using LAN, wide area network and dial-up facilities. CAS NT is a world-class network cost control system capable of managing network usage data collected from telecommunications systems around the world.
