I know they're not using the cdma standard now. But they are in negotiations and there was a report they might settle out of court In any case you answered my question. Noone's worried.

Hi Jim, Do you think the 1MM share volume is just options related? Now that the Feb. $10's are out of the system, what about next month? If it hadn't been an options day, it would be a bit un-nerving for some to see big volume and a lower price.

I haven't checked the short interest on VLSI in a couple of months. It's shrunk from about 1.8MM shares to 1MM in the four months through Jan 15th. Feb numbers should be available soon.
