Romors about potential alliance with a portal have been floating around for a while. Guess there is some truth to it. The CEO has been saying the company is aggressively pursuing an alliance and analysts are speculating that as well. No one is denying it.

If some deal does go through, how will you value SATH? If we value it as an Internet company, the stock price would of course be a lot more - 10 times what it is today. USAI (with Lycos) has a price/sales multiple of about 3. If we value SATH accordingly, the price should be around $20 or so.

What are your opinions about any potential deal? What do you think the extent of deal will be? And how will it change the company and its stock price?

I personally believe there will be a deal of some sort. The stock price will depend on what the extent of the deal is. In the long run this most likely will be a winner with collectibles.com and other Internet e-commerce sites.
