" Yes, but Dale (and ALYA) are in Canada ... hence one step farther removed from the grasp of the USA's SEC ... a very good reason to be a bit more careful on checking facts. Actually, if Dale were a corporate officer, his potential "fear of prison" (as a motivation to avoid misleading investors) would be a lot more valuable to me. I agree that it would be nice to be able to confirm some facts independently of the company and its spokesmen. JSb.
