No, there has never been a retraction. There are other subsequent releases that can be found on the news only thread... here's the link, you should be able to get yourself to speed on a few issues Subject 22507 I especially like the first (?) PR where they claim that the RM has been completed between PanAm and PRWT... when, to date, we still have no confirmation of this having actually happened. And if you check the Secretary of State web sites, well.... it kind of casts doubt on this having happened
