Well jhild, though I must agree that one needs a good measure of 'faith' (not religion in my case, nor charity here), I actually do base it on observations made. Not everything has a financial bottom line in the beginning. It's the old attitude game of half full or half empty. Do whatever works. If they don't make it, it won't be from want of trying. Parts of it may not work at all and other parts may do very well. The individuals running the show have a reputable history among their peers with many of the.... this ground has already been covered. If you don't like what they offer, then sell and move on. If you don't own now, then you have nothing to loose or gain. bye bye, Roger
