hi coop: don't know if you have ever been in or dealt with an 84 outlet,but they are one hi class privatly held home improvement co. and are very customer minded,anything they can do within reason to help you,they will .altho when we dealt with them,they did not handle their own paper,if it would help the customer,i'm am sure they would do this. but back to prwt,there are many co. now that handle their own fin. sears,penny's hwi hardware among many others,so if they have started this,i really can't see them handing over that big time profit to a unheard of penny can you ? could be wrong but just a little common since here .snipper.
