Trader Bill,

Thanks for the response! I find that Le Metropole has both amazing depth and breath of content, and I know that we are getting the straight story.......I do appreciate it!

Now, I have a quick question.....I have found that the silver options market is very illiquid, and I am having trouble getting fills....I think I will be OK this round, but after silver makes the first big move and I try to pyramid into a larger number of contracts, I see how the lack of liquidity could become a problem.

I am considering using profits to start pyramiding in futures here in Japan.....I feel that a "normal" pyramid would not offer quite enough "vavoom" for this once in a lifetime market, and I know that an inverted pyramid could very well destroy me. So it seems like an interesting strategy to build a rectangular pyramid, adding a fixed number of contracts after every move of a certain magnitude.....

I know you must have done some heavy pyramiding during your "trading" days......I know it is also highly risky......but for a fool who wants to make a go of it, would you mind sharing in very simple terms your pyramid methodologies?

I have not been able to find much information on this topic, and your advice/comments would be most appreciated.

Best regards,

THC

Platinum Squeeze on the Way:

"Looks to me like platinum and palladium are going much higher in price as someone (please note that J. Aron and Phibro are the mentioned names) withdrew about 20% of the total supplies of platinum contained in Nymex warehouses. We now have about 800 contracts of platinum in the warehouse supporting over 12,000 contracts in just the April contract alone. This one smells like a classic squeeze."

Glad I still have my Pt contracts.....time to by more???
