Not if there at most 10 million shares outstanding and the new figure is 20 million. Without funds(which usually means shares hopefully restricted for at least a year) PMA will die along with the company. Once revenues come in a company can even buy back shares. Without funding PMA will not get off the ground as a full scale national product. Promote PMA properly not half assed if BNEZ wants to succeed.
