Bear, I have no problem with well behaved short sellers...

It is most certainly the best and safest way to make money in today's market, particularly when you benefit from the synergies offered by a "wolf pack" structure. Sorry, I can't bring myself to call it a "Club", like Anthony.

The problem I am doing something about, (because I just happen to have time, money and morality on my side) is when short sellers want to have their cake and eat it too, by conspiring to defraud investors of their hard earned money through stock manipulations. As you well know, they do this by lying, misrepresentations, innuendos, threats, intimidation, harassment of stockholders on the thread, etc...Often, they are money managers, unregistered by the SEC. If I have my way, some will end up in jail after disgorging their ill-gotten gains.

Also note that, although SI cannot be expected to monitor everything, if they have been notified that someone is using certain threads as a publishing medium for unlawful material and a law suite follows, questions will be asked as to why they did not act.

My advice to you if you want to avoid guilt by association, is to leave my stomping grounds alone. It's that simple. F. Goelo + + +

Bear Down -

The recent increase in your participation on this thread is embarrassingly transparent. Just because Flodyie, your "daddy," has been suspended doesn't mean you need to continue to trash talk our investment. Thusfar you have added nothing of constructive value to the topic of SFLK. All you and your partner have been able to "construct" are negative comments woven into a few general facts that actually do not point to any illegal or fraudulent action by SFLK. While these comments attempt to cast a cloud over SFLK, those of us who understand the company are not shaken. I, for one, do not appreciate the connotations.

I think it's time to call you out on the mat. I (and perhaps others, but I will not speak for them) would like you to affirm the following statement...

"SFLK and/or its IR has disseminated information to the public in an effort to fraudulently/illegally inflate its stock price."

You've gone to great lengths to insinuate that this has happened, but thusfar you have offered nothing to this thread that would actually lead us to conclude that the above quoted actions actually occurred. I wonder why you would do something like that? Anyway...we're waiting. Let's here it from you directly. Has SFLK done anything illegal? Or are they simply stating their enthusiastic position regarding their future prospects?

Last question...If you cannot confirm that SFLK has done anything illegal, then why do you continue to post negative comments about the company on this thread? That's a mystery.

Mo.
