The SEC is obviously inquiring about something, let them do their job and you shall see. I can see by this thread header and the corresponding news release that there was improper disclosure as I interpret the SEC rules governing disclosure. Is Floyd suspended? I thought that was a joke. Oh well. Been there, done that
