Victor..... Crimes and justice.....topics for the GULAG..... Anyway.... One question....did you actually review the forensics and the police reports, or is the source of all your information what you saw on TV or read in the news papers? Please note this question is not intended to either exonerate or indict "OJ"...this question is only intended to determine the source of your information. Why do I ask this question? Simply because information is presented by the media through a filter that reflects the biases of that news agency and the way the information is perceived is also reflective of the experiences and perceptions of the person receiving this information or news. Why do I make this observation? A couple reasons.. First you ask a "conservative" about the media and the "conservative" will say how the "media" is "liberal" and "left leaning", while if you ask the "left leaning", these on the "left" will say the media reinforces the status quo as is owned by large corporations like GE and Disney that like the status quo and, therefore, the media limits debate and conversation. Another reason I make this observation, was because and specifically regarding OJ there was a very clear and distinct difference of opinion regarding OJ's guilt or innocence and a perception of the "facts" based upon what the color of the skin of the people receiving and perceiving those facts and formulating those opinions. Or in other words, most black people thought OJ was innocent while most whites thought OJ was guilty. Since I have many black AND white friends, I have consistently been of the opinion that based upon what I saw on TV, I cannot form an opinion regarding the extent and accuracy of the evidence I heard on TV, or agree or disagree with any other purported alternative theories. Therefore, and especially based upon the varied degrees of how much blood there was or wasn't and when that evidence was recorded, I still can not formulate a verdict especially since I've heard both information for and against w/o actually seeing the forensics for myself as taken at the crime scene. Thus again I am curious as to whether or not you have actually read the crime reports and seen the forensics. Sincerely, ztect
