Trouble shipping them you say? The hurricane you say? Getting the proper labor to build them there? Silver you are eating right out of the company trough. You know they were supposed to start those houses in August. Hurricane Mitch wasn't until the end of October. They didn't report anything on site until December. So that means that with these two unfinished shells the third week in February, that they have overcome their labor shortage? This isn't a case of a few obstacles to overcome. They are just plain undercapitalized, in an undeveloped country with little local interest. They are going to build how many houses there?
