Man I go away for the day and look what I miss. So you go after the Rosario's of the world content to call them outhouse fungi, Ok this made me laugh. Good memory. but never level your sights at those who you know are the real culprits in this sad story. So your sin is in knowing but not doing. See here is the dilemma for me. You say I know that a scam is afoot. I don't. I have no proof that one is. I can speculate, but I lack the proof.In the beginning I asked someone to go to the wheeler road address to verify that panam was indeed there and not just a P/O box. There was in fact an office. That same person went to verify that insider trading was in fact being opened. When the Belize Government printed their press release. I was Pissed off. I said so. My take is that verbal agreements were made with Elrington, he renegged, and the stock suffered for it. That is what I will be pressing for in this shareholders chat. You are content to take your little rides on the backs of the very price swings that Rosario seeks to accentuate. And then wrap yourself in disgust for this behavior. Being a position trader and doing what Rosario does are two different things. Tell all of the cute stories you want. I know you know better and yet you continue to duck responsibility for not speaking up. The responsibility to look out for your fellow man, not just pocket your profits through silence. In the end everyone is responsible for themselves, however, When I see something I don't like, or proof of bad things to come, I speak up. Everyone is posting things here as facts that I can't back up, so I don't talk about them. I have no evidence that THERMadyne is involved with PRWT whatsoever. Some guy "onedamoney" is saying that. I have no proof, so I disregard it. Some people are saying that PanAm is printing shares or shorting offshore. I have no proof so I disregard that too. This idea that everyone will make money in the stock market is insane. The system isn't set up like that. For everyone who makes money, someone loses money. I'm not sure why I should have the responsibility to point out to adults that PRWT is a risk... Everyone who bought the stock knew that they didn't file with the SEC. They all knew. If they didn't then they may have an issue with their Broker. Anyone Who buys in now, Knows what the deal is, or at least what information is available.
