Colin--

There are different strategies depending upon an individual's circumstances. Some of these include using gift exclusions, paying a gift tax, making an incomplete gift or exchanging for an annuity. Some clients are more concerned about asset protection than tax deferment and this becomes a relevant factor.

Hi, Colin, I wondered if you'd gotten wind of the SEC filed fraud case against Roland "Raleigh" Baughman in last 72ish hours?

Sketch of complaint can be found at sec.gov

Complaint alleges 3 things against ole Raleigh...
1) he pumped and dumped via Prodigy's $Talk BBS
2) he did not disclose being a paid promoter
3) he personally sold stock in touts he was recommending BuyBuyBuy

Interesting, eh?

Company named by SEC in THIS particular fraud filing is:
International Multi-media Publisher's Inc., symbol DROM.

Thot you being an old prodigy head from back when would enjoy
this "taming of the screw"
