I don't think you quite understand the catalyst behind selling real time or why now would be a good time to do so. Corky, contrary to what has often been posted here (even sometimes by me) is not a fool. It is true that he is not the best CEO in America, but if you look at what he has done in his short career as a CEO of a public company, it is quite impressive.

He was the top dog at Harris systems at the time they decided to spin off Harris computer. Within 2 years of that event, the equity value increased over 4 fold. He was wise enough to see VOD, spin off Cyberguard, merge with CCUR and make it profitable with a stock price up over 200 percent since the deal.

Now he has positioned the company for VOD and ressurected real time while creating a romable RT OS and growing software sales.

If he sells Real time, it is because he beleives it is in shareholders best interest and in the strategic interest of the company.
