Well I was so impressed with your learned recitation of the qui tam process (which was woefully inaccurate, as I demonstrated), then to be followed up by your refusal to explain your inappropriate use of ultra vires and your subsequent refusal to expose your lack of knowledge in this area, save the fact that you have a big, big book on your top shelf, that I was just over come with the urge to bring you that link and assure you that you were clearly not in the same league as the poster there on Yahoo, as he displayed uncommon vocabulary and lyrical style that is completely lacking in your posts.
