Sorry, I don't think I was quite clear. My use of the term "agency" in "<we have no agency able to maintain a standard of truth...>" was meant as an verb. As in agency of principle. That is, a method of practically applying principle to our lives and the society that we are enculturated by and enculturating for our progeny.

We have a practical choice here pal. Bill clinton stood eye ball to eye ball, stuck his finger in your face and lied to you. He did it very, very well. In the process he appealed to you to lend him your support as your representative leader. In the same episode he fraudulantly defamed the word of witnesses to his behavior, without regard for the consequenses to their lives and the lives of people effected by them. His representation of us is and always has been on loan according to certain conditions. He has a social contract with us, underwritten by our trust. He has been found in breach that contract, often. Time to forclose on his lease to the oval office.

Now he moves beyond even that. He begins to encourage us to think in ways that benefit his fraudulant position, and further lend our support to him in its continuance. I know what sex is, what "is" is, what "alone" is; and I have no intention compromising my thought processes to help anyone meet any political ends, even if they were noble; which this is not.

So, you must make a decision. Which you apparently have. You have made a decision to support the defense of the indefensible for the sake of what "freedom to appeal." I don't see that as an issue. Everyone has the right and opportunity to appeal at any stage even unto death and beyond.

So even I must make a decision, which I have. It is engaging in a struggle for the freedom of individuals to think and act for them selves on any given idea, issue, or circumstance.

For starters, I can determine to accept, support, reject, or give futher thought to a point of view based on the merits of the idea and the circumstances alone; regardless of who is affiliated with a side.

Options to act, join, resist etcetera run the gammet of changing the channel to grass roots revolutionary innovation or voting with which ever party I choose, based on what I can determine to be true and just.

Case in point...Bill clinton is in office as a product of the American people lending him their trust to represent them, myself included. His position to serve me is underwritten by that trust. When he lies to my face and to my court system and obstructs the legal processes which are in place to ensure I and my progeny recieve just and equal treatment in this land, I withdraw my support. Breach of social contract, the party be damned.

I remain the enemy of those who would suck up to and support the lies and corruption of the deceitful elite.

Your enemy,
brees
