CompUSA did get something right IMO. When I first purchased PMA I was surprised (negatively) at the weight of the box. I had expected something more tangible for my money. I think adding weight was one of the points CompUSA made.
As to what comes with PMA, I personally would like to have a manual. Maybe not an overly detailed manual, but something substantive. Just my view and probably not shared by a lot of you. I think I'm of the older school.
What CompUSA hasn't got right is their business. I haven't checked for sure lately, but I think in the last year their stock is down 60% or so. Well, with the reports I've had on the quality of the sales force, I'm not surprised. With this kind of performance....service.....retailing.....what does it matter if CompUSA boots PMA? Sure, I hope PMA gets back on their shelves, but if it does I hope it is in the right location in every store and the sales people are informed about it enough to be of help in selling it. Wishful thinking.

Anyway, the boot from CompUSA should be a wakeup call for the people responsible for selling PMA. That's the silver lining. And, I agree with others that on-line marketing and on-line PMA would be great as would PMA coming installed on Dell, Compaq, IBM, etc. But. I also put substantial value on having PMA on the shelves of major retailers....preferably the ones that are holding on to their stock price!, e.g. Staples, Wal-Mart --

Oh, and by the way, has anyone knowledge of what Dr. Clarke is doing to assist with PMA? I've not heard/seen his name for ages and just wondered if anyone knew what he might be doing to help.
