Laser, your scare tactics to help you short a stock may of had some
success as this stock price was going lower and staying low, but now
that its up up up and future events show promise, not hype, of it going
more up'er, me thinks you should take it like a Man(or Woman) and accept
your loses here, then TAKE you loses, or should I say leave behind your
money=loses, and then move on.....

The documants you presented, ATTENTION ye al, you unknowlegeables,
laser has for you facts like the birds & bees and but you are too
innocent and naive to handle this stuff, so run, run away and hide
behind IBM and GE and MicroSoft, hide so ye al don't get hurt.

Laser, sponsored in full or part by his/her Shorters friends who now
feel the pinch of the door closing onto their fingers.

But if anyone new to this thread has not meet Shorters and its kind,
and have no knowledge of difference between a penny high speculative
stock vs IBM type, then........RUN away quick.....unless you wish to
experience highs and lows the like of other threads cannot offer.

Then stay and listen and watch and join in. All of the facts of life
are here in every possible which way you can look. Free help is here
just for the asking, all free of money charges, but payment will be
collected as you must charge yourself as to the worth or not of each
words spoken to you by others.

Doug

<<They also use aliases on Internet bulletin boards and chat rooms to hide their identities and post messages urging investors to buy stock in microcap companies based on supposedly "inside" information about impending developments at the companies.>>

Surely, the same M.O. doesn't hold true for malicious shorters and their stooges, does it?? Nah...your real name IS Laser, right?

Laser (this is an alias, right?),
From the SEC:"They also use aliases on Internet bulletin boards and chat rooms to hide their identities and post messages urging investors to buy stock in microcap companies based on supposedly "inside" information about impending developments at the companies."
Perhaps the SEC needs to add a section on other forms of disinformation? How about "Individuals who short stocks also use aliases on the Internet bulletin boards and chat rooms to hide their identities and post messages urging investors to sell stock in microcap companies based on inuendo, speculaton and unsubstantiated pessimism. These "shorters" gain personal profit themselves while causing undue stress for investors and legitimate small companies."
Just an observation.....your motivation is profit like everyone else, and to your credit you have the stones to list "shortin' the dirts" on your personal profile. Many others are much more subtle.
Do you short stocks for all your investments, or is it just a portion of your portfolio? What stocks do YOU want to see INCREASE their share price?
Raye (my real name, right!)
