Hi Kenny,
Do you have a c:\Program Files directory?

Upon looking at your post, it looks like you have an extra "|" in the pathname. I get the drive letter from the "Homedrive=" Windows environment variable. In Win NT, if you right click on the "My Computer" icon, you can then click on Properties, and then on the "Enviroment" tab. Look through the Environment variables, and take out the trailing "|" from the homedrive environment variable setting, and hopefully this will solve your problem. I have some other suggestions on what to do, so let me know if that doesn't work.
