ISOMAN. IMO You are the best part of SI. From the heart common sense laced in truth. Amazing, touted by brother, bashed by sister after the tout of her brother..
The rest of us out on a limb hoping for good news. Hopefully, next Wednesday.the answers will stop the blood on the street. I certainly do not want to hear that the merger is ALMOST complete.

Iso,

I find it quite interesting that you publicly blast people like Rosie and my brother when you are right behind them scooping up all the profits you can. You are no better than they are. In fact, IMO you are worse because people think you're a good guy. Just because you're not as obvious in your blood sucking doesn't put you in a better class of investors. I was quite surprised that you posted your trading of PRWT and how you bragged that you made money off the backs of these people. And no doubt through the efforts of these touters that you want to publicly distance yourself from.

I also find it interesting that you think the cute little "sniff, sniff I smell news" is worse that the PRWT longs telling others to hang onto their shares because news is right around the corner routine. Or SGNC(jdcpa) saying something cute on the bull like "what a little birdie told him." Or PCMODEM and others on the bull having cute little endings to their posts with a ridiculous count down and listed companies that are supposed to be involved with PRWT. But any thorough discussion of these companies is absent from the thread. I see NO distinction. In fact, I find the goings on with the longs far more damaging than any touter. The touters have been gone for MONTHS and the pipe dreams are being kept alive by the longs who are not interested in examining the validity or plausibility of such claims.

I also find it quite comical that you want to blame my brother for penny stock failures. What's the percentage of companies making it vs not. When he first got involved in EDII, the authorized share count was 46M. Somewhere along the line, they got the printing presses out and in a 6 month period of time, the number grew to 110M. Another stock you want to point your finger at him is PLRP. Well, the problem was that the CEO issued debentures and didn't tell any of us. I point blank asked the CEO if the stock was being affected by debentures or a number of other things that could be sending the volume and price down like it was. He denied the existence of them to me. Which we now know is not true. How can you blame my brother for this?

So as Jhild told me it is my responsibility to look after my fellow man, I am initiating my coverage now.

Your problem is that you're looking for somebody to blame other than the COMPANY. You really should redirect your demands and questions. The touters have no control over what the company does. They simply report and hope to get in earlier than everybody else. They are used and manipulated by the company for company gain. I suspect this is the conclusion my brother came to and why he dropped Top Dog. He honestly believed in what the companies were telling him, but a person can be lied to so many times before they become non-believers or skeptics.

Jhild is right, I often feel guilty when I come into a recently pumped stock that has crashed and burned, lop some $$$ onto the stock which has nosedived, and then make a healthy profit. I do feel bad making unreal returns, knowing that the dead bodies lay all over from the last pump.

You're akin to a tick, a small parasite that will gorge and suck nutrients off of a host without killing them. You keep your victims alive so you can continue to gorge (buy and sell at a profit). You see, this is where you have your priorities mixed up. You cannot exonerate yourself for committing such acts and point the finger at the touters, for they supply you fresh victims. You need to accept responsibility for your own actions and decide which road you will travel.

I think we are all aware of the true question that needs to be asked.
I am not talking about PRWT the owner of Pan American Ban Corp.
I am talking about the one and only motivating reason these shall
we call them Protectors of Covenant, are here to defend!

The only thing they are here to defend is their hidden greed and motivation that makes them what they are. I will leave to all of you to figure it out, the players have all been exposed.
THE CIRCLE IS COMPLETE…

Look, isoman. I'm not here to compare notes with you on personal character. You asked for my suggestion and I gave it to you. As far as what else that has been going on this thread, I have no idea as I gave up on this stock months and months ago. And in my opinion, that what everyone else should do, too. But then, that's just my opinion. What do I know?

Go ahead and keep holding out and just maybe, it will work out. For those that do, I hope it does. In the meantime, there are lots and lots of other opportunities out there that are worth exploring that aren't worth passing up. If you have a bone to pick, forget it as you will not get a rise out of me. As far as I'm am concerned, PRWT as let a lot of folks down. Rather than complain about it, I decided to move on and pursue those other avenues.

Do what is right for yourself.
