I like hard facts just as much as the next person, but you have not stated "hard facts"...All you have posted are your own subjective and negative opinions on how bad ONSL is to buy items from...Your negative view of ONSL shopping experiences is contradicted by many other people who have had good experience shopping at ONSL..At least two people tried to tell you that all you had to do was call the Microsoft Number (1-800-370-9272) to call for your Office 97 SR-2 replacement CD....Instead you continue whining about getting a worthless piece of paper that won't even be good for starting a fire...Now those are hard facts!!!...As I told you before, if ONSL is such a loser, and a bad place to shop...you certainly must not have invested in ONSL, so I still wonder why you spend time posting....unless you are short big time!!!...If so, you have every right to short ONSl, but spare us the self righteous negative bullshit....
