Frank, Excerpt from post 3002: WHEREAS, on October 30, 1998 the Band's attorneys notified Sungold Gaming that because Sungold had failed to adhere to its obligations of the aforementioned agreement the Band had been forced to seek other sources of financial assistance, and WHEREAS, on November 17, 1998 the aforementioned tribal attorneys sent Sungold Gaming International a second letter offering to negotiate a settlement of all matters relating to the Band's prior business dealings with Sungold Gaming, and Why would the GLB offer to negotiate a settlement if Sungold had in fact NOT lived up to it's contractual obligations? Every time I have been involved in contract disputes, the offer to settle always came from the "guilty" party! Regards kidl

Frank, great post. We need BALANCE on this thread. In case someone brings up that, "Now if anyone want to sell their shares they can, if they so desire." thingie, remember, when I said that, this stock was in the 1:00 - 2.25 range at that time. SEE: Message 3552745 As one has recently said on this thread, then SELL YOUR SHARES, I am not going to sell my shares today at a 90% + loss. Selling now at the .25 - .50 cent range is ALLOT different than selling in the 1-2.00 range. I have been a supporter of this stock for over 2 years, no one forced me to buy this stock, put but I am getting tired of the hype and wishful thinking. We need facts.
