Henster, I agree that it is a lose situation in that jhild will never admit what is irrefutable and has been proven against him. My goal realistically is not to have him admit it. That would take all the fun out of it. Becides, he really does not have it in him to admit any wrongdoing. The goal is to assure that folks on the thread consider everything he has to say in light of his criminal fraud and weight his comments accordingly. Like I said we may eventually forgive him, but to forget is unconscionable. And, had he not posted to me alluding that I had somehow plagurized a humorous piece which I gave proper credit to others for, I would not have gotten back in his face.

I do feel it is important to call him on his wrongful and unsupportable assumptions. Especially when he lays a ground work of wrongful assumptions and then ties it all together and calls it fact. fraud on fraud needs to be explained to the unwary. You might notice that each time I tear one of his epistles apart and ask for specific backup on specific points of his conclusion, he goes mysteriosly silent. I believe it is important that the occasional lurkers realize that is his way and do not allow his bias to control their investment decisions.

When I have something of substance to offer, I will share it, but for this red hot moment, I do not know, jhild does not know, and no amount of badgering folks on here will get the information until the company has a legal responsibility to release it. jhild seems to think that the absense of privleged information is an admission of wrongdoing. I can tell you that is catagoricaly wrong. Silence is not assent, no matter how much some folks would like it to be.

I will say this though: This thread has become a forum for frustrations and slamming. Discussions of the stock ceased long ago. Other forums with restricted memberships have become the melting pot of ideas and research. On these other forums, the conversation is not all positive nor is it all negative. What it is, is real. Questions are asked, answered, researched, and analyzed. That is something that ceased here long ago when jhild and rosie came on the scene. It realy is too bad that it had to be that way, but so be it, it is :-(

Henster, From what I have read and was told. It's going to be a type in and answer session from the different locations. All of the CEO's involved will be taking part in this open house session. I believe they will also have Live Video Conferences that will inter act with each other.

I'm hoping to get the answers that we have long awaited from them. I would love to attend the one in NYC. I will try to get an OK so I can report back to all of you. I hope this helps.
