I am convinced MSFT will win in the end on appeals---OR maybe we are reading too much into the judge's comments. He might just stun everyone with his pro-MSFT verdict. Would not surprise me. Also makes life easier for him--don't have to deal with remedies issue. I think he is ready for retirement. I was a witness in a corporate type of lawsuit. During the whole trial the judge appeared to be biased against us but when the verdict was received---he sided with our side. I was shocked!!
