The negotiation between Microsoft and the government probably is already under
way, so do not be surprised , in April, when the court resumes again, DOJ announces the drop of this case. I remember Cohen just visited Microsoft headquarter last week.

If The Judge makes a surprise favorable ruling the stock will be on a tear and institutions will be scrambling to grab it fast as possible. The price movement will be historic. Yes that would be a possibility.
