No other industry has such monopoly on things. Even MSFT and INTC dont have such pricing control over their products. Big pharma reminds me of the arogance of AT&T 20 years ago. But they were alone at the time, here you have a family of companies controlling the industry. Reminds me of the set up of the mafia.
