The rationale for E*Trade's valuation is simple: People are willing to pay at least the current price for it.

Obviously that holds true for anything we buy and sell. However, I wouldn't pay that much for it, so to me, it's overvalued.

This EGRP chart exhibits the same head and shoulders formation I am seeing over and over again in many of the stocks I look at. Kensey indicates the most likely play off this type of chart is a short. Any comments?
