DScott, I spent a week one night at a Springsteen concert. The year was 1973, the place, a gymnasium High School in Wheaton Maryland. Crowd size about 400.

Best damn concert I ever saw! :-)

I remember him saying at the time. I'll never play in big concert halls because you can't get close to the people.

5 years later he played in the Capital Center to a crowd of 20K.

His, or the car's? Or his on the car's? I heard stories of guys riding bareback on hoods. The driver braked; the hood rider had a big change of direction in his family planning vision.
