Cary...back from the dead? I haven't seen you posting in a while.

I have also heard several horror stories about Datek. From the posts I have read and the private messages I have received it sounds like you can easily get stuck in a trade when both the site and phones go down. At least when Webbroker goes down you can still get through on the phone (I can't say the same thing about Etrade). Of course if your stop is in place I guess you have nothing to worry about.

Have you had any of the same problems with their service going down often and not being able to get through on the phones? By the way, what is an "express server interface" in regards to Dateks site. I filled out a W form a while back but never got around to sending it in after I got warned about their service.

P.S I'll have to bring my girlfriend by your store. She's in her last year of Agriculture at the University of Manitoba and is a complete plant nut. My house is starting to look like a forest.
