How do you know these positions have been taken recently? There is no mention about the price at which Spielberg, Comcast and AmEx bought shares. What I am interested in is whether these three announcements were due to class A shares being converted to class B shares, making the announcement of owning 5% necessary because there are so fewer class B shares.

It does not appear that the impressive three above have been buying at recent market prices. Although I have no position in TMCS, my concern were I long would be whether nor not shares were being converted because they will be easier to sell as class B shares.
