George, it may take you some time, but there is a wealth of information aleady posted on this board. While there is a significant number of useless posts (including some of my recent ones), there are many that have significant value that you will not read anywhere else (and I am not talking about the rumor of the week).

I think you might want to do more homework on the Diva technology. You also might want to evaluate companies such as SEAC, which is actually a stated competitor under the same business model. Good luck, I think you will end up investing in CCUR.

Why is that your criteria for significant purchases? Wouldn't you base it off of their likely expectation for market share, see how that (by itself) might impact earnings...and subsequently impact stock price?
