Glen, This stock has been in a downtrend limping along for weeks. The selling is pretty much out of the stock. The mm have been playing it like the pros that they are. The stage is now set for a giant leap forward. Do you remember the news last month as excerpted as follows:

<<ALYA Advanced Security Management System (based
upon Echelon Lon Works(R) technology) installed at Motorola facilities in
U.S. and Switzerland

PALO ALTO, CA, Jan. 18 /CNW-PRN/ - Douglas Corbett, ALYA International's Vice President, Marketing & Sales,
announced today that installation of ALYA's O.P.E.N.centrix™ Advanced Security Management System has been completed
at Motorola's new office in Zurich, Switzerland and is underway at Motorola's WorldWide Smart Card Solutions Division
building in Chicago. >>

The smart card building is obviously only one building. The original letter of intent with Motorola was for 20 something buildings. The Mororola decision making with respect to alya has been enhanced with the completion of the security system in Zurich. Look for major news that will send this stock up.
