I just spoke to Irwin Boock at LEAH. He was in a very upbeat mood. Apparently the CFO is back from Russia where he was working with D and T and everyone was extremely pleased with the audit. The full audit for the year is apparently very complex and so it may take longer than previously thought for it to be announced. LEAH and D and T want this audit to be perfect since it will be used to make the company fully reporting and as part of application to major exchanges. My impression was it should be out around the end of March. However, I believe the company will announce 4th Q numbers some time before the full year audit. I also heard there were exciting prospects for win-doors that we might hear about before too long. And a lot of other news in the pipeline as well. My impression was that FENV should begin trading some time within the next couple of weeks. It sounds like everything is on track. Once again, I suggest those of you who want the win-door dividend hold onto all your LEAH shares until you see win-door shares in your accounts.
