I just got off the phone with Jim. He and the lender have come to terms. The news is close. This is the first time Jim has told me that he and the lender have come to terms. Lately all I have heard was that they are ironing out some minor details. He said he has excepted this deal and he is ready to get the project going again. They will surely have to file for an extension with the court. You usually can't set a date and close in this short of a time frame. I may be wrong. We have all been disappointed, angry, and left with a distrust for the management of MPTV. I know I am. This time it truly seems to be done. No hype, just a different, more positive posture from Jim. I am not suggesting anyone go buy, sell or anything else. Just passing along the conversation. Take it for what you think it is worth. Roddy...
