repatience
It is one of my main problems. And you are so right: I recently made a list of trades for 1998 for my accountant and it was sobering, although bad enough to drive me to becoming not at all sober! trading for small profits when with a little patience I would have had big ones (sometimes VERY big).
And I even took losses on some things that should have been profits (with more time).
OK.
More time.
When I bought NITE I bought it for at least a year, its been only a few weeks. Time to do a 12 step program or something on patience!

FWIW, here is an interesting post from the YHOO board.

NITE'S COMPARABLE POTENTIAL AS A TAKEOVER...

An analyst on CNNFN's Digital Jam when asked about the
rumors of Goldman Sach's possible takeover of E-trade (so that they could get into Internet Trading) said that he didn't
think E-trade had the BREADTH in the markets to be a good move for Goldman to do this...He said they should consider someone
with more BREADTH like SCHWAB...

that being said...

Egrp's mkt cap: 5.8 billion
Schwab's mkt cap: 28. billion
NITE's 2. billion

and NITE has the BREADTH in terms of trading connections to
the likes of E-trade, Ameritrade and those 20+ other brokers
ALREADY IN PLACE...

with the E-trade (EGRP) deal to expand trading on the Chicago
exchange...

and Schwab going gangbusters...

THERE IS HEAVY PRESSURE ON THE LARGE BROKERAGES to get into
the INTERNET trading mkt ASAP!

to me, NITE is the best candidate as a TAKEOVER target...

already the largest MM on the NASDAQ (the stocks that are most
highly traded on the Internet brokers)

has connections with most brokers...already handling there
trades while the mkt is open...

is the best candidate for LARGE SCALE AFTER-HOURS trading...(ECN)

HAS THE CHEAPEST MARKET CAP FOR A POTENTIAL TAKEOVER BUYER
...this can't possibly be overlooked by the big-brokerages...
all of whom will need to have an "Internet trading connection"
if they want to "be around solidly in the future"

So what do you think? As I usually say, it's a NO-BRAINER!

NITE one way or another is going to be a MAJOR WHEEL in all this!
