There are two thousand copies in stock at just 3 of the 20 some companies that are offering the product (not including egghead) Sorry to disagree with you, but in stock doesn't mean squat to me anymore. CompUSA had PMA in stock. Sales are the only thing that counts.

Two things: 1) If you have a serious suggestion for the Company I suggest you put your thoughts together and fax them a letter. Not in all CAPS or with excessive use of the dreaded !!!!!!'s. There is no need to post them here. 2) If you constantly had people second guessing your business savvy you might grow a little tired of it, as well. From my experience with Jack I believe he can be blunt, but he has a good mind for business and a big heart. Don't be too discouraged about what he said in an email. Being a shareholder doesn't usually guarantee one a seat on the board or a position just for the asking. Hang in there. David

sorry Doc, but I sure the hell don't get " 'not privy to insider info'." Do you have to be an " insider " to help the company. not where I come from. As for the response from the company, that is their response. I will let is rest in peace. They say they have it under control so they must. They know the consequences if they, as officers of BNEZ, fail. I have no doubt in Jacks ability to make this work, I have meet with him in person twice and have no doubt in what he make happen. I just hope it happens in time before someone else comes out with a program like ours, remember, there isn't any patent on PMA. I just hope we opened the eyes of the company, that even knowing the stock price is low right now, we still care very much about the company and the success of it. And I'm sure that Mike should have very good success on the lawsuit. All I could do is offer and that is what I did. As for right now things will stand as they are and I hope for success for the company. Not much else really, unless they want me to drive up to Ameritrade in Nebraska, about 3 hours away and cut a deal with them, which I could do in less than 2 weeks, OH WELL. just my thoughts and opinions mitchell

You raise some good points. The company still has a lot on it's plate IMO but the lack of news is frustrating. Hopefully in about 6-9 mo. we will be barraged with positve news. For all we know they are already working on an internet marketing campaign. I can appreciate listening to constructive criticism but I can see where someone within the company may see things differently. Although Mitchell's idea was excellent it may have been less obtrusive if he had approached the company privately on his own prior to announcing it hear. I wonder if the recent increase in inventory at some of the internet sales sites is Compusa stock being redirected. If so we can only hope that this is because they are selling. Thanks to Mitchell for finding out that the court will hear arguments for summary judgement next week (March 4 ?). We should all remember that the court system is generally a lengthy process even at it's best. I feel that they should see it through this next step. Hopefully the argument phase is completed next week so the judge can weigh the evidence and make a decision in a couple of months. I ca say one thing for sure. Only time will tell. Good luck to all.
