Sounds great, Maurice. Too bad nobody who has the ability to make such decisions is listening.

*Correction to Iridium handset sales* Jack, apparently those sales were from all of Akihabara because there was only one shop selling them. So my unscientific market research is showing things are not booming for Iridium in one of the most gadget happy, wealthy and ready to buy places on earth.

On minute and handset price cuts, it doesn't matter whether they are listening or not. What matters for shareholders is what might happen. Marketing logic will drive the managers in the right direction. Kicking and screaming and slowly, but inexorably. Shareholders need to see where the marketing logic will lead the managers and buy or sell shares accordingly. The logic certainly bears out the idea that the current price is not a roaring bargain for Iridium shares [to me anyway].

Globalstar on the other hand, with heaps of cheap minutes will do very well!

Rah! Rah! Rah! Globalstar.
