David.......................

Why do you quickly assume w/o any basis that I have some agenda?
The only reason I heard about this stock was because of the company
GTCI...Why did I hear of GTCi? Because someone was spaming the damn
thing all over SI noting the reports of WSRG (see accounting of spam
below). Now I have no position or opinion of Veronex, but companies
do due a disservice to themselves when they use paid for touting
services and partner with companies that utilize these services.

You also quickly launch in pejoratives which are completely uncalled
for. The reason for your malice I do not know and as for my use of an
alias that is my business and mine alone....though there are valid
and legitimate reasons for me to do so.

Therefore I only came here for the reasons that I have previously
explained in my reply to Ralph. I have nothing to discuss with you
other than to note I am just skeptical of reports like WSRG
that give pie in the sky projections and exagerate a company's
prospects to pump share price.

Does this have anything to do with Veronex?

I do not know nor do I make any claims. I only further asked
Ralph what was the basis of his optimism beyond a Company's
generated press releases.

But please read my reaction to WSRG's report regarding GTCI...
and you'll see the irony of your words...

========================
Now David thank your friendly spammer for making me
aware of GTCI and VXTK in the first place.....and then
ask yourself whether you think companies should be more pre-occupied
with pumping their share prices or building their companies through
expanding their businesses...

I will give you many reasons for the stocks I choose to purchase
and I repeatedly share my due diligence. So before you get all
out of whack over my purported "agenda" ..why don't you
address the hypster dufuses that cast the aspersions on Veronex
in the first place...who repeatedly won't give reasons
for their positions in companies.

Here are your Hyster Dufuses Posts...and learn to place blame
where blame is due.

Humbly report, David, regarding your "The SI thread requires people who comment to give full disclosure so that the true nature of each person's agenda can be established."

100% wrong.

Silicon Investor requires users to "provide true and correct information about yourself in the Silicon Investor Registration Form."

However, "As part of the registration process, you will select a password and user name. Choose wisely."

From: techstocks.com

The choice users have to remain anonymous is one of the strongest pillars supporting the success of Silicon Investor.

Cheers,

Svejk

David, you have judged ztect very accurately. Here is some background info..

I reposted below a post made on the GTCI thread 10th February. Since then ztect has posted well in excess of 200 negative posts on the Company and the long term investors in it. Over a two day period (17th & 18th February), he managed an incredible 29 lengthy negative posts. Just recently, he wrote such a defamatory post, along the lines of #547, that SI had to change it. Fortunately, I have copied it on disc for future use.

REF: ztect. I owe an apology to the thread for having...

attracted his attention to GTCI with the following posting on his thread. Please, note that I was not asking his opinion on the stock, as he wrongly stated, since I have been long for quite a while now. I was merely drawing his attention to GTCI and INNI, as stocks that were about to benefit from positive news. I was just trying to do him a favour, and as it often happens, it backfired. Within 21 minutes of having posted to him, he was back on this thread with a long negative posting of his own. This just shows how little research he could possibly have done in that short space of time!
What first attracted me in GTCI, is the fact that a person of the caliber of Yongzhi was involved in the research. Having closely followed INNI, I know how meticulous and risk adverse he is. He even went so far as testing some of the Y2K solutions.
Speaking Chinese, he is able to monitor related developments in China better than anyone else and I am convinced that he has been able to conduct a full appraisal of the ability of the management team.
There are inherent risks in investing in a BB Company so early in its development stage, but that risk can be controlled through proper research and regular monitoring of the Company's progresses.
So far the Company has accomplished everything it said it would and has made an excellent move by hiring a well known PR firm. There is no other quick way to get discovered and time is obviously of the essence in this case.
The argument that the PR Company is being paid to bring GTCI to notoriety has no merit whatsoever and its financial reward is clearly disclosed in the disclaimer, which I had brought to ztect attention in another post, the previous day.
In brief, let reason and civility prevail in this case: GTCI has every chance to succeed if outsiders stop acting in bad faith and bashing it on the head for no good reason. Regards, F. Goelo + + +

ztect, GTCI ($1.19) should be $5 to $8 by August 99, according to...

Wall Street Research PR firm. Link to full report:

It would appear to the casual observer that, either he has a vested interest (he denies to be a stockholder) in attempting to defraud investor through stock manipulations (talking the value of the Company down) or he is an obsessed maniac intent on destroying Company values for his own sadistic pleasure.

David, another post from ztect litterally "trashing" your Company...

This was posted on the GTCI thread and I thought you should be made aware of it to get a better idea of whom your are dealing with. A quick review of his 200+ negative posts on that thread would also be very instructive

Find it the hard way. Why not wise up and pay attention to Stockdetective and arm of SEC. Take a look at the following article.
This is the company that GTCI has joined with to conduct their Y2K work in China. Bear in mind that trash begets trash. Does this look like something you want to be a part of. Wake up and smell the roses.

Veronex Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: VXTK) is just another face in the growing field of companies claiming to have THE answer to the world's Year 2000 computer glitch. However, Veronex doesn't appear to have any proven product, but claims that its program is a one-stop quick fix for most large corporations with COBOL-based systems. Another warning sign to investors is the company's stock price. After an apparently successful mini-pump in April, when shares rose to almost $16, the price dropped by almost two-thirds in less than three weeks. Now the stock appears to be on the rise again, luring a fresh batch of investors. None of this is lost on long-time penny stock fans who will remember Veronex as a heavily promoted penny mining stock. Perhaps they're betting Y2K solutions are the next fool's gold. An added note: In February, Veronex proudly announced a licensing agreement with Venture Tech 2000, a California computer company. Last week, Venture Tech 2000 was raided by investigators based on an affidavit claiming that Venture Tech 2000 lied to investors and sold unregistered securities, according to a story in the L.A. Times. Nor is it likely Veronex did much due diligence on its prospective partner, or they would have known how unlikely it is they'd ever get paid. According to investigators, the company had only $2,000 in assets.

Follows another independent opinion concerning the same person. The only way to make him stop is to obtain a "cease and desist" injunction from a judge. Please PM me your E-Mail for further details.

This self destructive personality is very similar to Ken Starr, Bob Barr, Tom Delay and many other politicians that have self destructed recently. They remind me of a dog that gets a bone and will fight to the death protecting a stupid bone with no meat.

I do not want to get into any political arguments with thread members, I am just making an observation that I see many similarities between recent visitors and the FAR RIGHT.

Mr Hite, I wonder if the following information is reported on Veronex's web page. Is this fact of fiction? By the way it is not my information it was cut and pasted from the Stock Detective website.
