Suzanne :

Yep, your finally seeing the facts......

I saw early on, that someone (somebody) was dumping large numbers of shares into the buying. In short, every share we buy, our money is being drained off by someone with a seemingly endless number of cheap shares.

Who it is... or will it go on forever.... is hard to say.

But right now. This stock is a bad bet in my book.........

Volk is still employed by Rubenstein. If you get the recorded message at Rubenstein, Volk is one of the options... He is handling adventure golf or something of the like...

As for it AW reccomending it as a "speculative buy" then dumping without changing the reccomendation. I would suppose that once AW cease the retail operation that they were no longer in reccomendation business.

I believe you have confused me with Orion...as in Orion's Belt the constellation. But thank you for the heavenly reference just the same.

I, like you, would feel much better if our company would follow through on a few of their previously advertised endeavors. I would feel tremendously better if I could get some iron-clad information regarding the recent trading activity (oh..and perhaps a crystal ball).

I am hoping 'Strike on Osiris' was just a movie title and not an Investor Relations strategy.

Sincerely,

O

Suzanne,

To me the information you know makes sense. If there were 60-65 mill a few months ago then there was likely a PP to raise cash. For a company strapped for cash that often happens and it would be no surprise if they were issued for about 30% of the low market value. Just means a lot of cheap share for us to pick up.

If MVEE makes it, it'll be worth a LOT more than that.

Second, I would NOT expect MVEE to file (even if stated) until they sell a movie. If Speedway Junky sells for a decent price, then I personally would expect filing to occur shortly thereafter.
